MindStrix is a locally operated assistant framework. With the owner's explicit Google authorization, it can help search and summarize Gmail, prepare drafts, review calendars, and add requested reminders and events.
What the Google connection does
- Reads and searches email so the owner can request summaries and find correspondence.
- Creates email drafts for the owner to review; sending remains a separately governed action.
- Reads calendars to answer schedule and availability questions.
- Adds calendar events and reminders when requested by the owner.
Private by design
The Fox Den deployment runs on equipment controlled by its owner. Google credentials are stored outside source control with restricted filesystem permissions. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train public models.
